The Kentucky Association of Blacks in Higher Education (KABHE) was founded in 1983 with a mission to elevate the professional standing and expand educational opportunities for African Americans in higher education institutions across the Commonwealth. For over 40 years, KABHE has upheld and advanced this mission.

From April 20-22, 2025, KABHE will host its 42nd Annual Conference, in Richmond, KY, sharing the limelight with the beautiful campus at Eastern Kentucky University. This year’s theme, “Breaking Barriers and Empowering Change: Shaping the Future of Higher Education,” reflects our commitment to creating a stronger, more inclusive future for higher education.

Partnership levels offer photographs, and other materials for advertisements. All advertisements for the Conference Souvenir Booklet must be camera-ready and submitted by March 3, 2025. Black and white photographs are preferred. The publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel advertising at any time. Advertisers who desire their photographs and other materials returned should label each piece with their name and submit to the conference co-chairs via email.

Sponsorship donations must be received by our Treasurer, Dr. Kanita DuCloux, and encumbered by Monday, March 3, 2025 to be included for the current year conference. Partners will receive donation receipts and pertinent information for tax purposes.
